How payments, access, and rewards work.

Before payment

Final prices, payment methods, any fees, reward details, and refund terms will be published before purchases open. Joining the waitlist is free and creates no purchase or deposit.

A failed payment does not grant founder rewards or guaranteed access.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Confirmed duplicate or technical charges will be corrected to the original payment method. Never send card numbers or security codes in a support message.

Refunds and entitlements

Existing purchases remain subject to the terms presented at their original checkout and applicable rights. A fully refunded or successfully disputed purchase loses its paid founder entitlements unless the law requires otherwise. Refund arrangements for future purchases will be published before sales open.

Partial refunds update the paid amount and may change the rewards attached to the account.

Fulfillment

Existing paid pack entitlements follow the delivery information attached to the original purchase. Upcoming pack previews describe planned rewards; their final inclusions and delivery windows will be published before purchase. Public game access is coming soon.

Material delays or reward changes will be explained in development updates.
